What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once an order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, SANSONMMA LLC is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
SIZING & PRODUCTS
How do SANSONMMA products fit?
Each product may have a different fit. Check the size guide on the individual product page before ordering. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
Are SANSONMMA products made for training?
Our products are designed with fighters, athletes, and supporters of the SANSONMMA brand in mind. Product-specific descriptions will indicate whether an item is intended for training, everyday wear, or both.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some products are limited releases and may not be restocked. Follow SANSONMMA on social media and join our email list to stay updated on future drops and restocks.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on eligible unworn and unused items within [15 days] of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached.
Can I return an item that I've worn or washed?
For hygiene and quality-control reasons, worn, washed, damaged, or altered items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
